Dear Customers,
A global IT outage linked to a software update from a third-party cybersecurity firm, CrowdStrike, is being reported worldwide by multiple industries including airlines and transportation agencies. The outage may affect some Trapeze systems.
Here’s what we know so far:
- The outages started in the early morning of July 19th. CrowdStrike reports that this is not a cybersecurity attack.
- CrowdStrike is fully aware of the reports and is actively working to resolve the issue.
- Trapeze is actively working to restore Trapeze hosted customers.
